The Head and Neck Cancer Alliance, in partnership with the American Head & Neck Society, is excited to invite you to our Fourth Annual Head and Neck Cancer Survivorship Symposium on Saturday, October 7th.
This will be our first time offering you the option of attending either virtually or in-person. We want to make it as inclusive as possible for patients, survivors, and caregivers so you can benefit from the panelists’ medical expertise and survivor’s lived-experience.
This event is free to attend (other than your travel costs if you attend in person - breakfast and lunch will be included). Just fill out the registration form linked below. We look forward to seeing you in October!
The 2023 AHNS/HNCA Survivorship Symposium program features many of the leading head and neck cancer oncological and supportive care experts and all sessions will include a survivor to share his/her personal head and neck cancer journey
